Richard has extensive aviation and emergency services experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance systems and leadership roles.
At QANTAS and then Ansett for 19 years, he was involved with maintenance planning and general maintenance systems solutions for Boeing, Airbus and other aircraft. Since leaving the aviation industry to join the Emergency services Richard has continued to focus on engineering and leadership projects joining Longreach Aerospace in 2012 as our Senior consultant Aviation Risk, Program, Process and Project Management.
He is the author of numerous technical papers and articles. Richard has numerous qualifications in management and engineering ranging from certificates to a Masters Degree in Engineering and is Alumni of both Monash University and the Australian Institute of Police Management.
Peter has extensive experience in Aviation engineering and regulatory affairs and has many years experience in drafting aviation related regulations, laws and training courses at college and university level.
At United, Eastern Australian and then Australian Airlines for 15 years as Maintenance Controller and General Manager/legislative expert he facilitated the introduction of new aircraft, facilities and designed and presented various start up business cases. He has continued as an independent consultant on Aviation projects ranging from Co-authoring 3rd edition Aviation Law in Australia to developing safe transport standards for live stock and providing technical advice regards aircraft incidents and recovery.
Peter is on the faculty of University of NSW and is a visiting academic at the National University of Singapore. He teaches post graduate and graduate courses in Airport Engineering and Maintenance Management.
He is the author of numerous technical papers, course notes and journal articles covering all facets of regulatory affairs and aviation maintenance and management.
Bob serves as the senior development Consultant for Dangerous Goods and Load Distribution and Restraint training programs for Longreach.
Bob is recognised as one of Australasian most visionary and passionate safety leaders. Among his many initiatives, Bob has focused his attention and actions on development of IATA and CASA approved training courses that are now considered to be the Gold Standard in Dangerous Goods and Load Distribution and Restraint training.
Bob began his Dangerous Goods airline career with Qantas Airways in 1970 becoming the Training Supervisor Airports/Cargo 1983 and then Manager Marketing Training in 1987 before joining FIFA and most recently Longreach in 2012. Bob also serves on a number of government sub-committees involving Dangerous Goods and Aviation Security.
A veteran trainer, Chris serves as the senior training consultant of Dangerous Goods Programs for Longreach.
Chris is no stranger to training development and delivery having been well versed in the art from his early days in QANTAS (1975), to FIFA and now for Longreach.
